Position Title: Fruit Packer
As a fruit packer, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain by ensuring that fresh fruits are packaged efficiently and meet Dole’s high-quality standards. You will work in a supportive and fast-paced team environment, contributing to Dole’s success and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Fruit Packing: Accurately and efficiently package fresh fruits according to production standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect fruits during the packaging process to ensure each package meets Dole’s quality standards.
- Production Line Operations: Work collaboratively on the production line to ensure the packaging process is smooth and efficient.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the work area, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.
- Safety Practices: Strictly follow safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Issue Reporting: Report any issues or equipment malfunctions on the production line to maintain operational efficiency.

Work Hours and Location

- Work Hours: This is a full-time position with flexible shift options (morning, evening, and weekend shifts). Hours may vary depending on production requirements, generally 40 hours per week, with potential overtime during peak seasons.
Salary and Benefits
Salary:
