Key Responsibilities:
•Operate Forklifts Safely and Efficiently: Load and unload materials, arrange and distribute them within the work area.
•Inventory Management: Conduct cycle counts of raw materials and finished goods.
•Process Improvement: Participate in enhancing warehouse processes to address inefficiencies.
•Quality Control: Assist in the final quality check of finished products.
•Support Other Roles: Provide assistance to other positions within the department as needed.
Requirements:
•Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
•Flexibility: Ability to work varied shifts, overtime, weekends, and flexible hours.
•Physical Demands: Capable of climbing, bending, and lifting up to 60 pounds.
•Certification: Must have certification to operate powered industrial equipment.
•Skills: Proficient in forklift operation, independent work, communication, warehouse experience, and basic computer knowledge.
