Dental implant surgery replaces tooth roots with metal, screwlike posts and replaces damaged or missing teeth with artificial teeth that look and work much like real ones. Dental implant surgery can be a helpful choice when dentures or bridgework fit poorly. This surgery also can be an option when there aren't enough natural teeth roots to support dentures or build bridgework tooth replacements.
Why cheap?
We are able to do this for the following reasons:
1. We do not do TV Advertising, it is very expensive and substantially adds to our overhead and costs.
2. We have the same Doctor performing the Implant Surgery and providing the Prosthetic Dentistry which we believe can have substantial benefits by not only saving money needed to pay multiple doctors but also avoids a referral out to other offices. By keeping with the same Doctor from start to finish, we find it helps in maintaining critical and valuable treatment considerations that may be lost when transferring treatment between multiple Doctors or Providers.
3. We have negotiated competitive rates from our Implant manufacturers, dental supply companies, and laboratories. We pass this on to our patient
Using Your Existing Dentures is an Option We Offer and Saves You Money!
- By using your existing denture, our prices start at $9599 per arch for the All on 4 to 6 Procedure. Because we are very conscious of your economic needs and because we understand the high costs of this procedure, we offer a choice that many other providers do not offer or consider. We know that many who already have existing dentures may be considering stabilizing them and making them more permanent, but want to use their existing dentures to help save them money and to make stabilizing their dentures an option.
- People are shying away from the All on 4 to 6 Procedure because of costly estimates of $20,000 to $25,000 and we are now even seeing prices beyond the $30,000 dollar mark for one arch, the option becomes unobtainable. We can retrofit and modify your existing dentures. With this in mind, we can always move forward with the new hi-tech non-hybrid Perma-Bridge at a later date at your discretion.
Why it's done
Dental implants are surgically placed in your jawbone and serve as the roots of missing teeth. Because the titanium in the implants fuses with your jawbone, the implants won't slip, make noise or cause bone damage like fixed bridgework or dentures might. And the materials can't decay like your own teeth.
Dental implants may be right for you if you:
- Have one or more missing teeth.
- Have a jawbone that's reached full growth.
- Have enough bone to secure the implants or can have a bone graft.
- Have healthy tissues in your mouth.
- Don't have health conditions that can affect bone healing.
- Aren't able or willing to wear dentures.
- Want to improve your speech.
- Are willing to commit several months to the process.
Choosing your new artificial teeth
Once your gums heal, your general dentist or prosthodontist makes more impressions of your mouth and remaining teeth. These impressions are used to make the crown — your realistic-looking artificial tooth. Your general dentist or prosthodontist can't place the crown until your jawbone is strong enough to support use of the new tooth.
You and your dentist or prosthodontist can choose artificial teeth that are:
- Removable. This type is like a conventional removable denture and can be a partial or full denture. It contains artificial white teeth surrounded by pink plastic gum. It's mounted on a metal frame that's attached to the implant abutment, and it snaps securely into place. It can be easily removed for repair or daily cleaning.
- Fixed. In this type, an artificial tooth is permanently screwed or cemented onto an individual implant abutment. You can't take out the tooth for cleaning or sleep. Most of the time, each crown is attached to its own dental implant. But because implants are very strong, one implant can replace several teeth if those teeth are bridged together.Or artificial teeth can be a mix of removable and fixed.
- Don't smoke tobacco.
What Does the Total Cost of All-on-4 Dental Implants Include?
Getting All-on-4 dental implants in Los Angeles isn’t cheap. Some providers may charge less, but you can’t be certain they’re as skilled and experienced as Dr. E. At Implants 4 Life, we factor the cost of the procedure into your quote, but it also includes the price of your entire treatment plan. Here’s a look at what’s included in the total cost:
- Consultation: During your first visit, you’ll meet with our dental implant specialist and receive a complete assessment of the health of your teeth and jawbone. Our team will plan much of your treatment over the coming months.
- Diagnostic Imaging: We use a specialized high-speed 3D scanner and CAD/CAM software that enables us to process photo-realistic digital images. These help us produce dental prostheses with high precision.
- In-House Lab Services: We mill all dental restorations in-house using state-of-the-art equipment. It allows us to produce them faster and more cost-effectively than having to outsource production to a third-party lab.
- Surgery: The first surgical procedure is the implanting of the titanium posts. These are your actual dental implants into which your new teeth will be fitted once you’re fully healed. But you’ll leave our office with a full set of temporary yet natural-looking and functional teeth.
- Sedation: We offer various sedation dentistry options at Implants 4 Life. They range from injections to numb the area to nitrous oxide to induce calmness. If you’re particularly sensitive to dental treatment or have severe anxiety, we can provide general anesthesia to help you sleep through the procedure.
- Follow-Ups: The implants take about 3-6 months to fuse with natural bone. We’ll then perform another examination and provide a permanent set of teeth, ensuring they fit perfectly, look and function like real teeth, and last for decades.
The total cost of treatment includes the high-quality Zirconia we use to craft bridges and arches that withstand high pressure and resist wear, fracturing, and chipping. Each is also hand-colored and polished to match your natural teeth and gums.
However, treatments required in addition to the implant process are not included in the total cost of All-on-4 implants. These include tooth extractions, periodontal care, and bone grafts that help strengthen the area where an implant will eventually be placed.
